Mommie went out to buy high chairs for my darlings on Monday evening AND, yesterday at 5:30, Dearie had the privilege of feeding both Avery and Riggs. Clearly, Avery was more than ready to begin spoon feeding and did very well with it . . . she ate all of her rice cereal! Riggs, on the other hand, not so interested in this new experience. The slobbering he's got going on as a result of teething makes it extremely difficult for him to get the rice cereal down while simultaneously keeping up the drool! All good things in time though. Both darlings have bouts of fussiness, again, a result of the teething, but generally, they seem to be the happiest little ones in town!
Riggs is clever as they come, he's already figured out the Bronx cheer!
Following a wonderful week in Louisville, visiting with Nana and Pop Pop as well as all the Mudds and Ryans, on their return to Lafayette, Avery and Riggs were settling nicely into their familiar routines! Initially having only six days to get ready for two weeks trip to Tahoe, those plans were scrapped for a myriad of reasons. The Tahoe trip canceled and now they are readying for another road trip to Alabama. Such road travelers they are!!
