my Darlings are just a hoot!!
I know there's little exciting about watching Riggs jump around EXCEPT watch closely how well Avery maneuvers through the little opening! She's just amazing . . . she figures stuff out that a lot of grown folks can't!

don't you know . . .
it had to happen sooner or later but, within 30 minutes of Mommie and Daddy heading out to the crescent city for a date weekend. Riggs walked. No help. Motivation? Going to get his favorite "new" ball! As soon as it happened, I ran out to my car to get my camera. This is the video of his second attempt at walking!
Riggs walked several more times before bath time! He gets up from a sitting on the floor position, stands until he is steady, takes a few steps and gets wobbly, then he steadies himself again with his arms out to his side and walks again. Back to back walking and then PLOPs his fannie on the floor for a rest before doing it all over again. What was funny? Suddenly he didn't need the ball as a reason to walk . . . he just walked!
