A long day and I miss my darlings

I didn't have a clue just how attached I've become to being with Avery and Riggs . . . until last night when I finally crawled in my bed at about 10:30. I'd worked the day at the university and then, from 5:30 until past my normal bedtime, I'd been doing phone surveys for the Acadiana Educational Endowment. The day was really long and, for as filled with work as it was . . . not seeing, holding or being with my darlings made for an awfully dull day.

I realized this morning that there may be many more days, like yesterday, when there just isn't time for me to be with you because of other commitments . . . so, here are this morning's thoughts to share for today, tomorrow and always!
