Bless li'l Riggs' pea-pickin' heart

It is an obstacle course. It doesn't matter where you are or where you need to get in the house . . . there are floor placements of all sorts (not toys, mind you . . . these are more like appliances for babies!!). There are strollers, Combi pods, car seats, lambs, activity matts, kick pads, bumbos; notice the plural? That's because everything comes in TWOs! Except for what Les refers to as "the office" (shucks, I almost forgot the OTHER single appliance, the papasan!). The newest appliance in the house.

Ms. Meeka built it yesterday. Avery tried it out this morning. And, at lunch, I just had to get Riggs situated in it! Filled with gidgets and gadgets, lights and music, the seat rotates 360 while the curved bottom upon which it rests sort of rocks! 'Course, with Riggs short legs, it may be a while 'fore he can spin this baby just how he wants it to spin!!

With all this circling my li'l darling, he is still totally wrapped up in Baby Einstein on the television. Today was Neptune!! Riggs sat in the activity seat for a good while, later appearing to have slid into a position that would remind one of an old man cocked back in a recliner! But, Dearie had to hustle back to the office and Riggs wanted some tummy time. I'm curious now to see Avery back in the seat!!

More later!
